Update Display Drivers.
Follow these steps to update brandish drivers.
a. Press Windows primal+X and select Device Director.
b. Search for Brandish adapters and expand it.
c. Right click on the display driver and select Update Driver Software.

I take the same issue. Display drivers are up to date. I have no bug playing items from the spider web or hulu app.
You click the button on the tile page and nothing launches. No other app nbehaves like this.

I now have this consequence after I upgraded to windows viii.i.
I am using a Lenovo Yoga 13 with an Intel 4000 graphics carte du jour. Information technology came with windows viii and Netflix played perfectly. Now with 8.ane it will load to 31% and stop. E'er 31% and it just jumps dorsum to the domicile screen.
I have, Uninstalled and reinstalled Netflix and Checked the driver from both Intel and from Lenovo
I get no error message. It just jumps back to the habitation screen.
Any other ideas?

I have windows 8 on my lynx 8. Again this will not let me open the Netflix app. It opens and immediately closes. Any suggestions? Thanks

I was having this issue earlier. It had to do with an update that did not install properly. I fought with information technology for a few days and finally got the updates to completely load. Later on that, I was able to reinstall Netflix and it worked. It too happened with another apps at a dissimilar fourth dimension and for that one I had to do a complete restore only and so it worked. Sorry I am non more than help simply it was a year and a half ago when I was having this issue.

I had the same issue with the new Windows ten update; when I had no problem with the 8.one version. I found the all-time solution was to update the sound drivers. For whatsoever reason information technology seems to mess with the audio (I had no audio at all) and information technology wouldn't allow Netflix to load, it gave me that error code everyone else was receiving. I followed the advice one of you posted and went into to the drivers and had it bank check for online updates, equally soon every bit it did that everything worked fine (and yes, you lot need to restart your computer). I have a Dell Inspiron 7000. So far it seems to be working fine with that advice. Maybe information technology will help anybody else.

The trouble I am having, is whenever I open the app, information technology volition not load, the cerise dots volition proceed spinning for days upon days. I've done everything , even updated to Windows 10. I do non know annihilation else to exercise at this bespeak. any suggestions?
